LET Group Holdings Limited (“LET Group, HKEx:1383”) holds approximately 69.66% of Summit Ascent Holdings Limited (“Summit Ascent”, HKEx: 102), the operator of one of the largest integrated resorts Tigre de Cristal in Vladivostok, Russia. Through Summit Ascent, LET Group participates in the development of Tigre de Cristal. Since November 2020, Summit Ascent increased share ownership of Tigre de Cristal to approximately 77.5%.
Tigre de Cristal is the largest integrated resort in the Primorye Integrated Entertainment Zone in the Russian Far East. Located in the heart of Northeast Asia, it is approximately a 20-minute drive drive from Vladivostok International Airport to Tigre de Cristal. Vladivostok is only 2 hours away from key North Asian cities such as Seoul and Tokyo.
Phase I of Tigre de Cristal started operations in 2015, offering a wide selection of distinctive restaurants and entertainment. The hotel features 121 rooms and suites, providing luxury accommodation for guests. The visitors can also enjoy a wide range of leisure activities, including fine dining and bars, live performances and entertainment facilities.
Summit Ascent possesses the development rights on two adjacent parcels of land, namely Lot 9 and Lot 10, in the Integrated Entertainment Zone in Primorye region. Tigre de Cristal Phase I is built on Lot 9. Phase II will be built on the land of Lot 10, with an area of over 150,000 m2. There are still land parcels for Phase III & IV for development in the future.
